arise upon the business development and activities,

the policy for aiming elimination and reduction.

1.Basic Attitude to the Environment

We always consider the environmental aspect in the business activities and strive for environmental protection including the prevention of environmantal pollution.

2.Compliance with Environmental Laws and Regulations

We comply with environmental laws and regulations and other compliance obligations we agreed.

3.Consideration for the Natural Environment

We carefully consider for environmental protection of natural ecosystem, and manintain, preserve of biodiversity.

4.List for Setting Environmental Goals

Among the environmental aspect, regarding the business activities, considering the following items, setting the goals and work on them.

1）For making the environment better, consider the improvements in the business activities as much as possible.

2）For lessen the waste, pursue the 3R: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle act in the business activities as much as possible.

3）For saving resources and energy, all the members work on proactively.

4）For increasing the motivation for saving resources, make use of the business activity result and such.

5）Striving for “making environmental concern improvement and its saving “upon achieving the set goals.

5.Establishment of Environmental Management

Utilizing the environment management system, we all work on the environmental activity through setting the environment goal, observe, measure, analyze, assess, review and so forth regularly and use the results for continuous improvement.

6.Publicity and Disclosure of Environment Policy

This environment policy is openly known and disclosed for all the people work for and be under the supervision of Ogawa sangyo.
